Whether it's a simple brow wax or one of our luxury signature facial we offer gift vouchers for all occasions.

You are able to purchase vouchers either in clinic or over the phone on 9275 7577

• Vouchers are valid for up to 3 years 

• You can choose between a dollar amount or a specific treatment -if paying for a specific treatment your loved one is still able to transfer that amount to another treatment 

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash 

• Lost or stolen vouchers are unable to be claimed

When booking online you have options to either request one our the therapist in clinic otherwise will be booked with any of our lovely therapists with which ever time suits you.

If you have seen multiple therapist in the past and wanting to request one please note it on your web booking otherwise let us know by calling us on 9275 7277 and we will note it for that appointment and all future ones

Sometimes things come up at unpredicted times, which we completely understand, however please try to give us a minimum of 24 hours or more that way we are able to accommodate to clients on our waiting list for that day would be greatly appreciated.

​

As of January 2022, we will now require a 20% upfront deposits on all bookings over 45 minutes. This deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours or if you simply do not show up.

A reminder text will be sent 2 days priors to your appointment - if not confirmed you will also receive a phone call a day prior to your appointment to confirm from one of our therapist.

If running late to your appointment please call us so we are aware and can try accommodate the rest of our day as it will also push our schedules back
